I went to the market again on Wednesday and picked up more cucumbers, peaches, carrots, fingerling potatoes, garlic, and some tomatoes. So cheap! I can't get over it. Today I decided to do something with the potatoes.

ReplyDeleteI can't remember how long I cooked them for but I started at 500 degrees.. when my oven smelled like it was ready to catch fire I lowered it to 425 and worked in the kitchen to make sure I didn't ruin my beautiful potatoes!
